A blown fuse isn't the problem — it's the alarm, telling you something drew more current than the circuit can safely handle. Swap in the SAME amperage fuse only, and if the new one blows right away, don't upsize or bypass it — cut the power and hunt the real cause, like a pinched wire or water in a connector. Fuses are cheap; your bike isn't.
