The Current Supply operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The Current Supply is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (or the equivalent in your jurisdiction), and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to provide accurate representations of our products and services (including ebike and e-scooter parts) in our online store. However, colors, appearance, or other details may vary from how they appear on your screen due to your device, settings, or configuration.

We do not warrant that the appearance, quality, or performance of any products or services purchased will meet your expectations or match depictions in our online store.

All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, or impose other restrictions on a case-by-case basis.

Our products include new and used parts. Warranties and return eligibility differ between new and used items, as detailed in our Warranty and Return Policy.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Current Supply reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance (typically via order confirmation email) and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of order.

Your purchases are subject to our Warranty and Return Policy, which includes a 14-day return window for eligible items (with distinctions for new and used parts), processing timelines of 5–14 business banking days, refunds to the original payment method, non-refundable shipping, and in-store credit only for qualifying used parts.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale, rental, export, or other non-personal purposes without our prior written consent.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, import charges, or other fees.

Prices on our online store may differ from those in any physical locations or third-party platforms. Promotions may have separate terms; in case of conflict, promotion terms govern.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. You must promptly update your details (e.g., email, credit card expiration) to ensure successful transactions.

You represent and warrant that (i) your payment information is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method; (iii) charges will be honored by your issuer; and (iv) you will pay all charges, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, events beyond our control, or other factors.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases specified in our Warranty and Return Policy (e.g., our error such as wrong item or defective on arrival).

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, reviews, videos, audio, and designs, are owned by The Current Supply, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by Canadian, U.S., and international intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivatives, publicly display/perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material without our prior written consent.

Nothing herein grants you rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other IP of The Current Supply, Shopify, or third parties. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Current Supply names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks or those of affiliates/licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify. Other marks belong to their owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools or features as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control.

Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use is at your own risk; review third-party terms carefully.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Current Supply is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are directly between you and The Current Supply. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions, including product issues, injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from purchases.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims, damages, and liabilities.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s policies.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access and use to provide and improve the Services. Information submitted may be transmitted to Shopify and third parties in other countries.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

You warrant ownership/rights to Feedback, compliance with laws, and no violation of third-party rights. We have no obligation to maintain confidentiality, pay compensation, or respond.

We may monitor, edit, or remove objectionable Feedback at our discretion.

Surviving sections include Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and others that naturally survive.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use. Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers; the above may not apply fully.

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Current Supply, our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and Shopify and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, replacement costs) arising from use of the Services, products, or related claims, even if advised of the possibility.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Current Supply, Shopify, and our/its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities, claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law/third-party rights, or access/use of the Services.

We will notify you of claims; you must cooperate in defense. We may control defense/settlement (subject to consent for non-monetary obligations).

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted, with the unenforceable portion severed; remaining provisions remain valid.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

No failure to enforce any right constitutes a waiver. These Terms, plus referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior understandings.

Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafter.

SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer without notice or consent.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You and The Current Supply consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

SECTION 22 - HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms by posting revisions on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified as required by law.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
