The official word is in: the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has posted the official recall notice for Gazelle USA / Urban Arrow cargo e-bikes.
The fix is the same as before — a free replacement seatpost and saddle, starting with the recall registration form. If you own one of these bikes, the official CPSC page is the place to start.
Check your seatpost before your next ride, and get registered for the free replacement.
