If your disc brakes feel weak or grabby even with good pads, the rotor is probably contaminated with oil or road grime. Clean it with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free rag — never brake cleaner near painted parts, and don't touch the rotor surface with bare fingers after cleaning. Spin the wheel afterward and the pads should bite clean again.
Small cleaning job, big difference in stopping power. You've got this!
