A failed battery management system (BMS) means cutouts, no charging, or a dead pack that still has good cells. We remove the faulty BMS, fit the replacement, and test the battery to make sure it's working properly and safely.

• Faulty BMS removed — old unit taken out cleanly.
• Replacement fitted — new BMS installed and wired correctly.
• Tested & verified — charging, discharge, and protection functions confirmed.
