Skipping gears and worn teeth mean the cassette is done. We remove the worn cassette, fit the new one, and test the shifting so every gear clicks in clean and holds under power.

• Worn cassette removed — old cogs taken off cleanly.
• New cassette fitted — installed and torqued to spec.
• Shifting tested — every gear confirmed smooth before handover.

Choose the 30 min option for standard jobs, or the 60 min option for more complex work that needs extra time.
