Heat, arcing, and voltage drop at the battery plug almost always mean a worn connector. We cut out the tired plug and fit a fresh main power connector — solid contact, no more hot plug.

• Worn connector out: damaged plug removed back to good wire
• Fresh connector fitted: properly crimped or soldered and insulated
• Tested: connection checked under load before handover

Options: choose 30 min for standard replacements, or 60 min for melted housings or harness repairs.
