New bike, fresh out of the box — but is it actually ready to ride? Our pre-delivery inspection goes over the whole machine: assembly, fasteners, brakes, electrical, and safety — so you ride away confident, not hoping.

• Full assembly and safety check before first ride
• Brakes, fasteners, electrical — everything torqued and tested
• Catch shipping and assembly issues before they become problems

For new e-bikes and electric scooters. A must for boxed/bulk-shipped bikes.
